Arts & Crafts Addition

Winner of a 2011 HBA Homer Award for Outstanding Total Renovation

A 1920s Richmond Heights, MO home is re-designed to include an enlarged kitchen and breakfast room, and a rear addition which made it possible to reconfigure an original bedroom and tiny bath into a giant hall closet and spacious master bathroom. This new arrangement also creates another hallway that is now an office space and laundry room. The Arts & Crafts touches of the home were carried into the new areas. Original molding was faithfully reproduced for new doors and windows, and old doors were refinished and re-purposed as pocket doors for the walk-in closet and master bathroom.
