Condo Remodeling

The new owner of a 12 year-old condo in Kirkwood, MO needed to make some changes. Leveling the floors, installing more efficient windows and removing the hot tub from the master bathroom were the starting point. While working with the Mosby team on these items, she decided to make further changes to tailor the home to her tastes and lifestyle.

The open-plan main living area has a breezy, contemporary feel because decorative columns were removed, the entrance to the home office was reconfigured (including the addition of a transom window and new French doors), and new flooring, lighting and paint created a resort feel.

Her laundry room and both bedrooms were refreshed with new tile or carpeting and lively paint colors. After removing the hot tub, the master bathroom has a new tile floor, a low-threshold walk-in shower with bench seating, and a Wood-Mode maple vanity with a Nordic White finish.

Now the condo feels like home. She is thrilled with the beauty and quality of the work, and is especially comforted with the sound proofing and energy efficient measures. Read her 5-star Houzz review about the condo remodeling project.
