Mosby Building Arts is hiring Painters. If you have 1 year of residential painting experience as well as knowledge of and ability to properly operate all necessary painting equipment / machines, including but not limited to extension ladders, walk boards, lifts and scaffolds we encourage you to apply.

Reports To: Project Manager
Job Purpose: To provide excellent painting and paint repair of interior and exterior remodeling projects to support the Mosby Team in completing all jobs on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to perform basic and advanced painting processes
- Surface preparation
- Formulate, test, mix and apply paint to meet required specifications
- Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Keep job sites safe and clean and adhere to all safety procedures
- Maintain consistent on-time attendance
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-year residential painting experience
- Knowledge of and ability to properly operate all necessary painting equipment / machines, including but not limited to extension ladders, walk boards, lifts and scaffolds
- Good organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Supply your own tools
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness and adherence to safety procedures
- Have your own transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between jobsites
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
