Tile Specialist

Mosby Building Arts is hiring Tile Specialists. If you have 5 years of experience in tile installation and repair service as well as the ability to expertly install and repair all types of tile surfaces we encourage you to apply.

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Purpose: To support the success of Mosby Building Arts’ production team by providing advanced tile installation and repair in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of tile installation and/or repair to Mosby’s standards of quality and professionalism
  • Support Remodelers and Project Managers by determining materials needed, staying within budget, and creating/maintaining schedules for tile jobs
  • Provide general remodeling assistance and support on jobs as requested
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Load and Unload materials at the job site
  • Keep job sites safe and clean
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of tile installation and repair experience
  • Ability to expertly install and repair all types of tile surfaces
  • Basic knowledge of alternate flooring materials (hardwood, laminate, LVT etc.) and their installation a plus
  • Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
  • Good organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable form of transportation.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, kneel, drive, and move 75lbs independently for extended periods of time.
