Warehouse Coordinator

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Purpose: To support the production team by providing warehouse organization, general building & grounds maintenance, and small repairs to company equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, organize, and track incoming deliveries
  • Help load trucks with materials leaving the warehouse
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Perform general building and grounds cleaning and maintenance services as scheduled
  • Understand and communicate with management about work that requires outside assistance
  • Perform preventative maintenance and small repairs for vehicles, trailers, and equipment as requested
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance or similar field
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Systems
  • Experience operating forklifts, training, and/or certification preferred
  • Equipment and automobile repair experience preferred
  • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
  • Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Independent self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Have your own transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 50 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
