We speak to previous customers to discover their work habits, cleanliness, timeliness, performance of their installed systems over a period of years, check out their supplier credit status, sometimes driving records.
In short there is a long list of qualifications that is checked when considering a new trade partner. Then we consider their price. The price becomes a factor only if they pass the previous rigorous qualifications.
