SERVICE AIR CONDITIONING

  • Schedule a professional tune-up.
  • Clean vents and remove any dust buildup.

CHECK PLUMBING

  • Inspect pipes for leaks, especially in areas prone to freezing. 
  • Test faucets and showers for proper water flow and pressure.

CHECK INSULATION

  • Inspect attic insulation for damage.
  • Look for drafts around windows and doors.
