Whom do you trust the most? This is about choosing people and very much like a job interview. At Mosby Building Arts we review hundreds of firms for our team. We choose people who really know their business, enjoy the work, have a strong reputation and the ability to support their work over the future, and have the integrity to stand behind possible errors. We speak to previous customers to discover their work habits, cleanliness, timeliness, performance of their installed systems over a period of years, check out their supplier credit status, sometimes driving records. In short there is a long list of qualifications that is checked first. Then we consider their price. The price becomes a factor only if they pass the previous qualifications. For more on choosing the best contractor for you, read “Price vs. Knowledge & Performance.”
